Wanted to pass along my thanks, for the great installation performed by Dean and his associate.  The installation at my elderly mothers house, was on my mind for most of the week, and at the last minute, I was unable to be there to supervise the work. Turns out, my presence wasn't needed, because Dean kept me informed and did an "outstanding job", installing the units, where others wouldn't even touch the job.  Your price was very competitive and installation price very accommodating also.  I now know where to go for my appliances, and will tell all, that the big stores can't compete with the customer service and price you provide.

"I wanted to pass on some compliments for the two men that delivered my appliances Saturday, 4/15/09. Dave and Jake were courteous, explained a few things about the appliance, and removed most of the appliances from the boxes, put them in place, and disposed of the cardboard in our dumpster. More important, they were very mindful not to damage our steps/doorway, and were especially aware of our new flooring and took steps to keep it scratch-free (they put down cardboard and syrofoam underneath the appliance, etc.) They were defintiely not in a rush to just throw the stuff down and rush off to their next dropoff -- they took the time to do it right, and did so efficiently nonetheless.

We were very pleased to find that Gil's customer service extended to the "delivery" stage of the purchase. Please pass on my comments and be sure that Dave and Jake get the credit they deserve. My husband and I will definitely recommend Gil's to others in the future."
